Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I totally understand! However, time is valuable and therefore all no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 25% of the service total. I give a 15 minute grace period for your appt. If you are more than 15 mins late you will be asked to reschedule, and will be charged as a no show. If you reschedule, your fee will be taken off your next appointment! *Fee will not be taken off your next appointment total if you no show*
